1. Purpose

These Terms of Service and Sale govern access to, use of, and purchases on the Voix & Espérance platform, available at voixesperance.com.

2. Services offered

Voix & Espérance is a platform for audio and written content centered on the Christian faith, theology, apologetics, and eschatology. Users can access content, listen to free previews, and make donations.

3. Registration

Registration is free and requires a valid email address. Users agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of their credentials.

4. Pricing, Purchases and Payments

Prices for our digital content (audiobooks) are indicated in Euros (€) and Canadian Dollars (CAD), including taxes where applicable. Voix & Espérance reserves the right to modify prices at any time.

Payments are securely processed via Stripe. Once a purchase is successful, the digital content is delivered and automatically added to your personal Dashboard (Library), where you have unlimited access to the acquired content (online streaming and local download).

5. Intellectual property

All content on the platform (texts, audio recordings, visuals) is protected by copyright. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Right of withdrawal (No Refunds Policy)

Since our products are strictly digital content (audio files) made available to you entirely and immediately after purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply. In accordance with digital goods laws, by finalizing your purchase, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal and acknowledge that all sales are final and non-refundable.
